AI Assisted Services Disclosure
We may use AI-assisted tools to support operational functions, customer support, and workflow processing.
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring tax compliance.
User Compliance Responsibility
Users are responsible for compliance with:
IRS regulations
Federal law
State law applicable to their business location
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Integrity Tax Software is not liable for damages resulting from user data entry errors, failure to review automated outputs, or misuse of software.
Nothing limits rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including Texas DTP, as applicable.
