Integrity Tax Software is a Texas-based company that provides white-label tax preparation software and related technology services to tax professionals, EROs, and service bureaus located throughout the United States.
We are primarily a software and technology provider and are not typically the direct collector of taxpayer return data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, receive, process, and protect business partner information and limited taxpayer information in accordance with applicable federal law, Texas law, and other applicable state privacy and data protection laws where required.
Nationwide Service Disclosure
Integrity Tax Software provides services to clients across multiple U.S. states. Users may be subject to privacy and data protection laws specific to their state of residence or place of business.
Where state-specific laws apply, Integrity Tax Software will comply with applicable requirements to the extent required by law.
Our Role as a White Label Software Provider
Integrity Tax Software provides access to software, onboarding support, and technology infrastructure for tax professionals.
Tax professionals and EROs are typically responsible for collecting taxpayers’ personal information directly from taxpayers.
Integrity Tax Software generally does not directly collect taxpayer return data except in limited operational or compliance-related circumstances.

Integrity Tax Software may receive limited taxpayer information in situations such as:

We do not directly solicit full taxpayer return data from taxpayers as part of normal operations.

AI tools are used only for operational assistance and do not replace tax professional review or IRS compliance obligations.
